Our final wine to be harvested and released from the legendary 2001 vintage, the Eileen Cabernet Sauvignon has an inky purple hue accompanied by classic aromas of cassis, espresso and creosote. True to the vintage, the wine is sweet and rich without a lot of weight or coarse tannin. It is medium to full-bodied with notes of spice box, menthol, red licorice and currants.
